Data Deletion Instructions

How to request deletion of information held by the Service, revoke platform access, and understand what happens to active ads and historical records.

On this page

01 Send a deletion request

Email the contact address shown at the end of this page with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include the workspace or service account reference, a reply address, the connected platform or asset IDs if known, and the information you want deleted. If you do not have those identifiers, explain how you interacted with the Service so we can help locate the records.

You may request deletion of a particular connection or category of personal information, or closure of your service account. You do not need to delete all workflows first. Do not send passwords, access tokens, full payment card details, or an identity document unless a proportionate verification step has first been explained to you.

This page provides email instructions. Opening it does not submit a request; send your request to the contact address below.

02 Verification and handling

We verify that the request relates to your information or that you are authorized to act for the relevant business. Verification is proportionate to the request and may use existing contact or account information. We do not disclose another customer’s data in the process.

We confirm the scope, identify affected records and connected services, and explain the next steps. We respond without undue delay and within the deadline required by applicable law; if an extension is permitted and needed, we explain the reason and expected timing. A fixed worldwide completion period is not promised by this page.

Once handling is complete, we provide a result by email, including any limited information retained, the reason for retention, and any relevant backup or third-party processing that remains. You can reply to the same correspondence for a status update or to challenge the result. We do not report completion merely because a request was received.

03 What deletion covers

Depending on the verified scope, deletion or irreversible de-identification may cover service contact information, stored connection credentials, cached platform assets and reports, product and material records, AI inputs and outputs, optional conversion data, and related execution records. We also assess files, provider-held copies and backups where applicable.

A limited amount of information may need to be retained to meet a specific legal obligation, resolve a dispute, or protect security where permitted. We explain the category and reason and restrict further use. Backup copies follow the documented backup lifecycle; deletion instructions must be reapplied before restored data returns to normal use.

The workflow or Offer delete button hides business records while preserving history for consistency. Connection deactivation stops use of that connection but does not erase its stored history or credentials. These controls are separate from this verified erasure process. A server error or unresolved remote action is not treated as successful deletion.

04 Revoke access and check active ads

To prevent further access, disable the platform connection in the Service and revoke the relevant app or System User permissions or token in Meta’s business or integration settings. If your organization manages the System User, ask its business administrator to remove the appropriate asset assignments. Only revoke the access you intend to remove.

Revoking access can prevent the Service from sending a pause request. It does not itself stop ads that are already running on Meta. If you want to stop delivery, pause the relevant campaigns directly in Meta Ads Manager and verify the result, or use the workflow stop control while the connection is still usable. We can coordinate operational steps when handling your request; you can submit the request before those steps are complete.

05 Data held by Meta and other providers

Erasing data from this Service does not automatically delete your Facebook account, Page, advertising account, campaigns, media library, Pixel / Dataset, or information independently held by Meta. Manage those assets and privacy requests through Meta’s own tools and applicable policies.

We handle deletion with service providers acting on our behalf where applicable and identify any additional steps needed for integrations you independently control. For an advertiser’s customer data, the advertiser may need to assist with identifying the records and handling its own copies. Contact us if you need help distinguishing those responsibilities.

Contact & privacy requests

Contact the operator for support, privacy questions, or a data rights request. Include your workspace or account reference and the scope of your request. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or payment card information.
