Terms of Service

The responsibilities and authorization boundaries for using an advertising workflow service, including automated execution, platform costs, and service limitations.

01 The service agreement

These terms govern the advertising workflow service provided by the operator identified above. They form part of the agreement when you accept them through an applicable onboarding or service agreement process. Merely reading a policy page does not authorize advertising, create a paid subscription, or record your acceptance.

If you use the Service for a business, you must be authorized to act for that business and to operate the connected advertising assets. You must have the legal capacity required to enter this agreement. Any signed service agreement or order governs its expressly agreed commercial terms; mandatory legal protections remain applicable.

02 What the Service provides

The Service helps manage product Offers, import and organize advertising materials, prepare campaign / ad set / ad plans, connect authorized accounts and assets, configure screening and expansion workflows, collect platform metrics, and apply supported optimization and stop rules. Optional features include AI assistance, notifications, and conversion reporting.

The Service is independent software, not Meta Ads Manager, a Meta product, or a representation of Meta endorsement. Meta and other providers control their own account permissions, API availability, ad review, auctions, delivery, reporting and billing.

03 Connections and execution authorization

Provide accurate account information and only connect assets you are entitled to manage. Keep credentials and administrative access secure, use the minimum necessary platform permissions, and notify the operator if you suspect unauthorized use. A token grants platform access within its permissions; it does not establish ownership of every visible asset.

Saving a connection, importing materials, saving a plan, running an analysis, or reading a policy is not authorization to launch ads. Actual launch requires the applicable workflow preview and confirmation, including accounts, materials, budgets and execution scope. Simulation and real-platform execution are distinct; a simulated result does not prove a real ad was created or delivered.

After confirmation, the Service may perform the configured operations without asking again at each scheduled check, including creating ads, collecting metrics, adjusting supported budgets, expanding to selected accounts, and requesting pauses. Changes remain subject to the saved workflow, available permissions and execution checks. You are responsible for reviewing the configuration and monitoring the results.

04 Budgets, stop conditions and delivery risk

Daily budgets govern platform delivery pacing; cumulative limits and stop conditions govern workflow decisions. Healthy ads may continue running after a checkpoint or champion selection unless a configured stop condition or a manual stop applies. Checkpoint completion is not an automatic end date.

Platform reporting delays, request failures, rate limits and processing time can delay enforcement. A configured limit is not a guarantee of zero overspend, and a pause request is not proof that delivery stopped. Verify actual status in Meta Ads Manager, especially if the Service or its connection is unavailable. Revoking a token, disabling a connection, stopping the server, or deleting a local record may leave existing platform ads running.

You remain responsible for selecting an appropriate budget, maintaining available funds, checking results, and using direct platform controls when necessary. No conversion volume, profitability, return on advertising spend, approval or delivery outcome is guaranteed.

05 Content, assets and acceptable use

You retain your rights in the product information, media, copy and other content you provide. You grant the operator the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit and display that content to provide the requested Service, including sending approved materials to the connected platform. You must have the necessary rights, licenses and permissions for that use.

You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of product claims, landing pages, targeting, affiliate disclosures, and advertising content, including AI-assisted content you adopt. Do not use the Service for fraud, impersonation, unlawful discrimination, intellectual property infringement, unauthorized account access, prohibited data collection, or evasion of platform restrictions. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive information or credentials in creative text or model prompts.

Conversion and audience data may be supplied only with the required notices, permissions and lawful basis. You must comply with applicable law and the advertising, data and API terms of the connected platforms. Access to the software does not override a platform suspension or grant rights in third-party assets.

06 AI assistance and external services

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, non-unique or unsuitable for your market. Review claims, rights, language and targeting before adopting generated copy or enabling AI decisions. Model judgments do not guarantee advertising compliance or commercial success.

Enabled AI, notification, hosting and platform integrations process information as described in the Privacy Policy and their applicable agreements. Their availability, pricing and data practices may change. Using the Service does not grant a blanket right to reuse other customers’ data or train models on it.

07 Service fees and external costs

Any service fee, billing cycle, renewal, cancellation or refund arrangement must be stated in the applicable order or service agreement. These terms do not introduce an undisclosed subscription, automatic renewal or payment obligation.

Advertising spend is separate from software service fees and is governed by the advertising platform’s billing terms. Model/API usage, hosting and other third-party charges may also apply according to the configured services and your agreement. Estimates shown by the Service may differ from provider invoices; use the relevant provider’s final bill for reconciliation. Pausing a workflow does not cancel charges already incurred.

08 Stopping use, suspension and deletion

You may stop using the Service subject to any agreed commercial terms. Before disconnecting assets or ending service, arrange to stop or independently manage existing ads and export records you need. The operator may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address security incidents, unlawful use, material contractual breaches, or a platform requirement, with notice where practicable.

Workflow deletion requires the configured confirmation and remote-state checks. An Offer cannot be deleted while linked workflows remain. These operational safeguards do not prevent a separate personal-data rights request; follow the Data Deletion Instructions for that process.

Interface deletion generally preserves historical records through logical deletion. Ending service does not automatically erase Meta-side assets, remove provider-held data, or stop platform billing. The operator will explain retention and assistance applicable to an account closure or verified data request.

09 Service limitations and responsibility

We aim to operate the Service with reasonable care, but it may be interrupted by maintenance, network failures, provider changes, or events outside our control. No uninterrupted availability or specific service level is promised unless expressly agreed. Platform-reported information may be delayed, incomplete or corrected later.

Responsibility for a loss is determined by applicable law and the parties’ valid agreement, including the cause of the loss and each party’s obligations. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or remove mandatory consumer, privacy or other statutory rights.

10 Changes, disputes and contact

Material changes to these terms will be communicated through an appropriate service notice or direct contact, with renewed agreement where required. Changes do not retroactively authorize advertising actions or alter a confirmed workflow without the applicable change process.

Please contact the operator first to seek resolution of a service concern. Disputes are handled under the applicable service agreement and governing law, subject to mandatory jurisdiction and legal protections. The Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions explain data handling and rights requests.

Contact & privacy requests

Contact the operator for support, privacy questions, or a data rights request. Include your workspace or account reference and the scope of your request. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or payment card information.
